Delivery times
During the Black Friday period, parcels will move more slowly than usual. This is due to higher shipping volumes, slower processing inside postal networks and increased workload at customs.
Tracking updates will also appear less frequently. Since these delays come from shipping carriers and customs, we are not able to influence or accelerate these steps.
Please note that during the campaign, order cancellations, compensation and refund requests are not available.
Payment processing
For the fastest confirmation, we recommend using cryptocurrency. Crypto payments typically clear within 1 to 2 days.
Bank transfers normally confirm within 1 to 3 business days, but around Black Friday they will take longer.
Order processing
Black Friday significantly increases the number of orders we receive, so preparing and dispatching parcels will take longer than usual. Customer support response times will also be slower.
All paid orders will be packed and handed over to the courier. We kindly ask for a bit of extra patience while our team works through the Black Friday queue.
