Our favorite twins are back with their bulking blast. This time, Manic Mike, in his bald version, has shared his new cycle and in this article, we’re going to break it down!
With mention of adding anadrol in a couple of weeks.
What’s my opinion on this?
It’s a classic and highly effective bulking cycle. The testosterone dose is in a solid, effective range without pushing into high-risk territory, 500–700 mg per week is a sweet spot.

The NPP dosage is also within a completely acceptable range (250–400 mg per week). NPP is a super useful compound for bulking, and in case of any side effects, it has a fairly short half-life, so issues can be resolved quickly.
The GH dosage is quite conservative. For bulking, anything in the 3.5 to 6 IU per day range is solid (obviously it depends on the person). It will help significantly with muscle mass gains and keeping fat gain in check. It would be very interesting to combine this with a GLP-1 agonist to increase insulin sensitivity!
Finally, anadrol is one of the best compounds out there for bulking. 50–100 mg per day is generally well-tolerated, and the effects on muscle mass and strength gains are impressive.

The interesting thing about the Tren Twins is that you never really know what direction they’ll take. Maybe Manic Mike enters a new chapter in his life battling deca dick (and if you’ve read our articles, you’ll already know how to counter it easily), or maybe they end up injured (again) thanks to the strength gains from Anadrol while training absolutely blasted on caffeine and possibly DMAA (something you can also experience with our caffeine + DMAA nasal spray! Yeah, that was a 10/10 plug).
From my professional point of view, I’d give this cycle an 8.5/10, a very well-structured bulking cycle that, with a few tweaks and additions, could be nearly perfect. If you are interested in what additions should be made let us know!
